Can I change my order or get a refund?
Please note: Since this is a limited drop-based sale, we’re unable to make changes to orders; including color, quantity, or other modifications.
Orders are processed quickly, and shipping labels are printed as they come in to ensure fast fulfillment. As stated on the website, all sales are final for this reason.
What sizes do the mousepads come in?
We offer one size: Large (XL) at 36"x18".
All mousepads are 4mm thick, featuring a non-slip rubber base and a smooth, easy-to-clean cloth surface.
Are GlideLab pads OEM or ODM?
Our partnered manufacturer uses their own custom ODM mousepad, which is cut and stitched to our exact specifications for both sizes.
Shipping
When will I get my mousepad?
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Within 1–5 days, keep an eye out for a shipping confirmation email, which will include a tracking link.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or your package seems lost, please contact us with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
