Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

United States Shipping

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Economy Shipping (5–8 business days) – $7.99
  • Express Shipping (2–3 business days) – $11.99
  • Free Shipping on orders over $150 (5–8 business days)

International Shipping

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

International shipping options and delivery times vary by destination. Estimated delivery times include:

  • Express International (4–10 business days)
  • International Standard (5–15 business days)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Shipping Delays

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
